The hotel is conveniently located near Mystic and not far from Foxwoods, with lots of dining options around. The rooms were clean and had essential amenities like a microwave and fridge, but some had mold issues. The shower and bathwater temperature were good, providing a warm experience. However, the service was unpleasant, with rude staff attempting to enter the room while I was getting dressed, leading to a dispute over payment method and early morning cleaning interruptions. The affordable price for weekends made it appealing for short stays, but the lack of effective management to address issues left me disappointed.
The hotel was in a convenient location, close to various restaurants and attractions. The rooms were fairly clean but lacked some essential amenities.
